A cylindrical cage body worked with Ottoman geometric motifs. A cylinder has no front — it looks the same from every angle — which means the pattern spreads evenly into every corner of the room. Unlike chandeliers that look right from one side and read as empty from another, this form gives the same effect from any point.

The patterned cage carries the light out in pattern, and the shadow play it throws across ceiling and walls covers far more area than the fitting itself. That is the real effect.

The body is metal, finished in antique brass. The surface is not a plating but a patina worked into the metal; it darkens over time and tones differently on every piece.

It is completed with a chain suspension and a decorative ceiling rose. The drop is set to the room — long under a high ceiling, short under a standard one.

It suits living rooms, entrance halls, corridors, restaurants and hotel projects. Set at even intervals down a corridor it builds a steady rhythm of pattern.

Takes an E27 lamp holder; bulb not included. Available made to measure in other sizes and colours. Made in our own Istanbul workshop since 1984.
