Wall Sconce

A long, linear outdoor sconce. A linear form does not fight the horizontal and vertical lines of modern architecture; it can be set to follow a joint line on the façade, the edge of a window or a floor level. That is why it is chosen on architectural projects.

It throws light in two directions, up and down, forming a cone above and below on the façade. What is lit is not the fitting but the texture of the wall — stone, render, timber and fair-faced concrete all gain depth under it.

Its plain, minimal design is deliberate: it should go unseen by day and be noticed only by its light after dark.

The body is made for exterior conditions and mounts to the wall.

It suits apartment entrances, building façades, garden walls, terraces, shared areas in housing developments and villa entrances. Set at even intervals along a long façade it builds a steady rhythm; placed symmetrically either side of a door it balances the elevation.

Bulb not included.

Available made to measure in other sizes and colours, and in production runs for contract projects. Made in our own Istanbul workshop.
