Floor Lamp

A floor lamp with an acrylic body, made to stand in a corner. Using acrylic instead of glass is a safety decision: a floor lamp sits on the ground and is open to being knocked over, and acrylic does not shatter or scatter when it falls. In a house with children or animals that matters.

The remote steps through the RGB colours with a single button, which makes it possible to change the light across an evening: neutral white while working, a dim amber in front of the television, a warm tone with guests. One fitting doing several jobs across a day.

The metal foot carries the weight low and steadies the body. The acrylic body spreads the light evenly from within; the source is not visible and no hard shadow falls on the wall.

It comes in white and black. White disappears against a pale wall, while black draws a defined vertical line even when it is off.

It suits a living-room corner, the side of a seating group, a work area, a bedroom or a reading nook.

Available made to measure in other sizes and colours. Made in our own Istanbul workshop.
