An iron frame, a brass body and glass. Using three materials together is functional: the iron carries, the brass is seen, the glass softens. On large chandeliers, working in brass alone lets the body sag over time; a central iron frame removes that problem.

Geometric Moroccan motifs are worked across the whole body. The pattern is not concentrated at one point but spread over the surface, so a similar density reads from any angle. In a hotel lobby, seen from every direction, that matters.

Glass is set behind the pattern and takes the hardness out of the lamp. What remains is a warm brightness that keeps the pattern without dazzling.

The finish is antique brass — a hand-applied patina rather than a plating, darkening over time. The chain suspension is set to the ceiling height.

It suits hotel lobbies, restaurants, high-ceilinged living rooms and entrance halls.

Bulb not included. Available made to measure in other sizes and colours. Handmade in Istanbul since 1984.
