A three-legged side table, Ø35 cm across and 60 cm tall. Three legs are steadier than four — on an uneven floor one of four always meets a hollow and the table rocks, while three always meet the ground. On a rug or old parquet the difference is immediate.

The top is a round tray with a raised edge. That lip keeps a glass or a small object from sliding off, and lets you lift the table and carry it without spilling what is on it. A flat-topped table cannot do that.

The sphere detail on the legs is a modern reading of the classical turned table — a shape once produced on a lathe in wood, rebuilt here in metal.

Two finishes are offered: antique brass and pearl white. The pearl white is a custom paint finish, not a plating.

Every surface is hand-finished individually in our Istanbul workshop.

It suits the side of a chair, a reading corner, a bedside and hotel rooms. Available made to measure in other sizes and colours.
