Moroccan geometry rests on a mathematical order: a centre, lines opening from it at equal angles, and the stars born where those lines cross. The pattern is not arbitrary — it has a rule, and that rule is what lets it repeat without breaking down however large you make it.
That rule is worked into the body of this chandelier. The motifs are opened one at a time and every edge is trued by hand after cutting; a rough edge breaks the light unevenly and blurs the pattern on the wall.
The finish is antique brass. It is not a plating but a patina worked into the metal, and it darkens over time. Lit, the yellow of the brass turns golden — an effect no painted surface can produce.
Each chandelier is made individually, and both the depth of the pattern and the tone of the patina vary from piece to piece.
It suits large living rooms, hotel lobbies, restaurants and dining areas. Dark walls and timber ceilings show the shadow pattern most clearly.
Bulb not included. Chain length set on request. Available made to measure in other sizes and colours. Made in our own Istanbul workshop since 1984.
