A square frame, open space inside it, and light falling through. The whole design of this pendant sits in its proportion: 50 × 45 cm — almost square, but not quite, and that small difference is what gives the form movement.

Because the frame is open, it never blocks the wall or the view behind it. That makes it work in front of a window, across the threshold of an open-plan kitchen and living room, or over a dining table where volume would be unwelcome.

The body is cut in our workshop, and the corners are soldered and trued by hand. On a form this minimal the corner joints are the first thing anyone looks at, so each one is worked individually.

It suits dining rooms, living areas, studies and bedrooms. Over a long table, a run of two or three carries more weight than a single piece.

Bulb not included; contact us for the lamp holder type and the lamp we recommend. The drop is set to your ceiling. Available made to measure in other sizes, colours and lamp counts. Handmade in Istanbul.
